Ian was born and raised in Westport, CT. Ian attended The College of Charleston in South Carolina where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Passionate about the south, warm weather, boating, and golf, Ian moved to Florida to start a new chapter in his life. After obtaining his real estate license, Ian utilized his business experience from several other industries including sales, marketing, management, and advertising to launch his Real Estate career in Southwest Florida.

With over 18 years of market knowledge and expertise, Ian finds himself an industry leader in real estate acquisitions and investments. Ian has worked to develop his own investment portfolio and can relate to the needs and goals of other investors.
